Flood vehicle as in this rare car was under water? If so it could be any number of issues and or multiple issues causing this. Did you replace all electronics that got wet? Did you tighten and clean all the negative connections from be battery(frame and motor). How deep was the water and was it salt water? Did it get over the engine? If engine was underwater did you remove it for a thorough cleaning? How are the turbos did they get wet and are they operating properly? Did you get all the water out of the exhaust? And I can go on and on.

I'd say assure the main ground lug, and bolt has been wirebrushed till shiny and the place where the main ground bolts too...this...the rest can come later..one impaired functionality at a time~

....and a brand NEW (non-Walmart) car battery~ group 24 or group 27? you'll find this info embossed in the case of the battery~
