I smell coolant inside my vehicle

No leaking anywhere and did a flush of
the cooling system and new thermostat a
week ago.

You may have spilled some on the big hose's and they get pretty hot. Sometimes it takes a long time for that smell to dissipate. Keep your eye on the coolant level ... just to be sure

usually smell inside, indicates a bad heater core or leak, check your carpets for wetness on floor.
