So I have a issue, my vehicle is not automatic to begin but when your driving at random points in any gear will make a fast chugging noise, but when you take the gas off it will go away for a lil.

Could be Emissions Related! I would run a computer diagnostic test, which is fairly affordable at most mechanic shops or buy diagnostics tester for yourself!
