00 Eclipse auto trans wont shift?

Transmission went out in my 00 GT so I found one out of an 04 (i think) went in ok but it just shifts when it wants to. Also where the speedo sensor was in the original trans, on the 04 trans had a plug in it so I took the plug out and was going to put my sensor in it, but on the 00 trans the speed sensor is gear driven and on the 04 the is no teeth on the gear where it supposed to go. There is a gear or something there but it is smooth. Any ideas on the shifting problem? Is there something different on the way an 04 computer makes it shift or something maybe?

well we very frequently see these kind of issues in auto gearbox. Try taking help of a dealer as the process might be tricky. http://mautos.net/
