I have a 01' Mitsubishi Eclipse GS and I my timing belt snapped while driving.
Im sure i bent some of my valves. Don't know if all bent or how much to fix and not get jacked on the
price. Honest answers please!
No one can give you an answer until the valve covers are removed & the valve stems examined. There could be damage to the valve seats, etc.
your best bet would be to call a well know engine rebuild shop in your area and get a quote for the repair if you have no clue on how to fix it yourself let a shop do it they will replace all thee old parts that are damaged or not with new parts this is your best option
also if this may help some i had a 97 mazda 626 2.0 liter same thing happend belt snapped driving they told me it be between $600- $1000 depending how bad it jumped timing best of luck
