I need to know befor I buy. I hav a 2002 mitsubishi lancer es. I need to know if I need a bearing or assembly for the rear wheel?

I ask this cause I am slightly confused.
We ha e drum brakes so thst makes me
assume it's just the bearing I need.
However when I search it it brings up the
assembly.
