has anyone had issues with the locks/electrical in their car?

it happens sporadically, sometimes it will be everytime i get in the car and then it can be weeks it doesnt happen. if i try to unlock the car with the remote, turning the key in the door or hitting the button inside the car on the door it will re-lock immediately, before i can even get the door open. and its not just once and then i can get in, ive sat there before fighting it re-locking over and over again. =? i had a guy look it over and tested the electricity and said its all running full juice so its not that its dying.

remove the battery negative and positeve off the battery then make them tough each other wiht out been hooked on the battery for half an hour
