I have recently purchased a 2005 Cooper S and would like to retrofit Air
conditioning, (Preferably Mini).
Has anyone gone through this process or does anyone know where i can find more
info??

IF YOU HAVE AN 05 MINI YOUR CAR IS ALREADY EQUIPPED WITH AIR CONDITIONING.

No caps please... Unless he was referring to AUTO air conditioning instead of manual. In that case, you are out of luck. Too much hassle/money to do so.

You can't retro the manual A/C to Auto.
