what can I sell a 1991 Mercury Sable for in Dallas, TX?

This 1991 Sable is not currently running, but has had very extensive work done on it.  I've had the engine rebuilt and the transmission rebuilt and then I went overseas and it sat for a long time and now it doesn't run for whatever reason -- I don't know why.  I've checked the battery -- that's not it!  The body is in very good shape, but the original paint failed, as they did in 1991!  The interior is very good -- leather seats, power everything -- all working.  This would be a great car to get parts off of if you didn't want to fix it.  What's it worth?

As I see it you have three chioces: figure out the problem and fix it and then determine where you stand with the vehicle; part it out (which could take a while; sell it to a junk yard (since it isn't running). The market value for a non-running vehicle is almost impossible to determine, but is definitely substantially less than if it was running.
