in the truck you will see a few plastic wing nuts, undo them and remove the tail light assembly, turn the bulb holder (wiring connector) twist bulb out. there is detailed instructions in a Haynes Manual, best of luck

if its in the back, you open the trunk door all the way, get a screw driver, and unscrew the plastic from the car and the gently pull the light bulb out.. thats pretty much it. I've never had to change the front so Idk about that.
