I have a 1999 Mercury Willage that keep runnung hot

A mechanic replaced the radiator, radiator cap, thermostat, but it is still running hot. What could be the problem?

Have you checked the water pump I found out that the belt that runs my water pump is missing and that is causing my car to overheat
