Truck starts and runs fine loss of power
when half throtle or more

If you step on the gas and the engine bogs then I would suspect a plugged up catalytic converter.

Is the check engine light on? How long has this been going on? Did it come one gradually or all of a sudden? Has any service been done to the truck that may have brought this on?
