HOW TO FLUSH AND CLEAN A RADIATOR ON A MAZDA 2001 TRIBUTE

well there really isn't an environmentally responsible way of doing this, unless you are capable of capturing the trailings into five gallon buckets for recycling at the auto parts store....this substance Ethylene Glycol is poisonous and deadly to birds who sip it and die...in that light see you can MAKE a hose that has a schroeder valve inlet (checked---there are none available) but the Idea here is to run the garden hose...for a while, then Air blast to drive out the corrosion...if it's really bad, you are going to have to punch out the freeze plugs on the block and the head...undo the drain plugs on the block run water and blast with air until it runs clean...especially useful if you can avoid destruction of the heater core~ if it's just the radiator....they are CHEAP for this ~~~ https://www.google.com/#q=Mazda+Tribute+radiator&tbm=shop&spd=549 1183375477306713
