Water in passengers side on front floorboard when air is running,any solutions on this

The condensation drain hose has probably fallen off the evaporator casing. It is supposed to lead outside but if it comes off or breaks that is what will happen, the condensation will drip inside the car, 99% of the time on the passenger floorboard
