I have late 2004 Mazda tribute...V6 Has done 250'000ks....I'm hearing a noise which sounds very simmler to a fan belt sqeale.All belts are fine...Only does this under lode.. More of a hi pitchd sqeal

Check out the belts. While they may look OK, they may really be worn or brittle. Belts should not be making noise like this.
