Car wont start after shredded serpentine belt has new timing belt last year

Put new serpentine belt wont start.

Take the belt back off and see if you can turn by hand anything that the belt turns. My guess is that a bearing is froze up causing the previous belt to shred.

shredded BELT,I THINK HES SAYING THE BELT WAS OLD/OR JUST FAILED.,ITS NOW TURNS OVER BUT WILL NOT START RIGHT? WHAT WIRES DID IT TAKE OUT WITH IT?
