Lincoln LS 2005, exact same problem here in Dallas, hoping RaySlabb has came up with something, I have not found anything that would help me narrow this problem down.

Have a shop drain and refill your freeon and it will work properly. It's not cooling the coil enough for both sides.

I am having the same issue. Changed the blend doors and serviced the system. Any ideas?

currently working on an 06 lincoln ls. replaced the actuators, air temp sensors, and dccv. recharged the ac, and did a relearn through the pcm. yet still the driver's side gets hot once the thermostat opens up. Is it possible I'm dealing with a faulty head unit? it's about the only part aside from the thermostat housing and hoses, that I haven't replaced yet.
