My low beam headlight on the passenger side stopped working. Is it a fuse and where is the fuse located?

My low beam headlight on the passenger side stopped working. It is not the ballast and not the bulb. Could it be a fuse? Where is the fuse for that headlight located?

bad dimmer switch,or the bulb is blown on low beam,does the other side go on low,if so bulb.

I am having same problem with my driver low beam I replaced the blown fuse in fuse box and still nothing, what do I do? please help! thrash16er@aol.com
