where could i go to look into getting a comp for a '94 kia sephia, so i can get it running? it could be the battery, but when power is jumped from another vehicle, or fully charged battery put in, only key on engine off ding is heard, and does not crank. what could be the problem? the comp? the starter? what can i do, so i can get it running and usable? any help at all would be appreciated.
Could be starter solenoid/starter. Give that a try first. www.car-part.com may have your ECM for you.
