How can i repair both my back doors for my 96 kia sportage?

on the right side the exterior handle is too loose and wont open from the outside but inside you can, and the left side has the same problem but the child safety lock is on.

when you open the door near the henches there should be some bolts that hold the door on then just unplug the wires and you have the door off
