1999 ford taurus se start problem

My taurus takes a while to start but it does
and when I turn car off after that it starts
right up normal any suggestions?

start up fuel pressure... first change the fuel filer and spay the inside of the throttle body... >www.youtube.com/watch?v=EwnX35Az1sE
