I have a 1999 ford ranger 3.0 and none of my gauges will work. I just recently had a new tranny put in it and I don't know if something wasn't grounded or what?

It almost certaininly sounds that way. Check all your connections and grounds again. It would be impossible for use to know what you did and didn't.

Either that or a fuse went bad. Check for fuses and any wires that look out of place. If you had a shop do the work and everything worked gauge wise before, take it back and let them look at it.
