Why does my 1999 Ford Expidition stutter when I push the gas?

I have changed the coil packs 4
months ago and had the catalytic
converter rod out!!!

You didnt change the spark plugs? Sounds like a misfire. You need to find out which cylinder and go from there

Had the cat rod out. There is 2 did you just have one done or both? You got a check engine light on?

There could be a problem in the throttle position sensor, if you have access to a live data scanner you can check the operation of the sensor as you push the throttle the numbers should change smoothly not jump around or go blank for an instant.

It has four catalytic converters and they were all done and I don't have a check engine light on

Well it sounds like a misfire. Did you check the plugs and what kind of coils did you put in it
