1999 escort lose fuel pressure after 20 minutes on acceleration fuel pressure

fuel pres                sure is 50 psi key on engine idle 32 psi driving 42,when acceleration pressure drops  to 3or4 psi. leave of gas pressure back to normal 32  to 42, Installed new pump new filter clean tank replace fuel regulator,maf sensor pmc moduel and idle control valve. poor gas milage and no code. problem remain the same. thank you
