Can I put Isuzu Rodeo Wheels and Tires on a 1995 Isuzu Pickup?

I have a '95 Pickup 2.3L, and am in need of new tires. A good deal came up on Craigslist recently for some wheels/tires off of a Rodeo. Here are the specs: Tires are 225/70R16, 6 lug 5.5" or 139.7mm medium offset. Current tires on the truck are P195/75R14, (14x5 offset). Same bolt patterns.
Will the Rodeo wheels and tires clean swap on? It might not be ideal, but this is just a work truck. I want to make sure I won't run into any clearance issues jumping up in sizes.
