Car won't start when you turn the key it blows EEC fuse in engine area, what should I do?

You have a short in the harness or the ECM/computer is shorted out. Unplug the engine computer/ECM from the wiring harness and see if it still blows the fuse. If it doesn't blow it's in the computer if it still blows it's in the wiring harness to it.
