Infiniti QX4 Brake light not working

My Infiniti QX4 passenger side brake light goes off when the headlights are on and I step
on the brake. When the headlights are off, it works but it is not as bright as the other light.

Mine was doing the same thing but it was the driver side. Now both sides are doing it. When the headlights are off, they work but are both dim.
