driver side lock will not unlock with key or power locks

driver side door will not unlock with key (key will not turn full 90 degrees to right), power locks work on all other doors, but does not unlock the driver side lock.

Remove the door panel and spray down the locking mechanism with penetrating oil. Move the manual lock to get it freed up then lubricate with real oil. Replace door panel.
