1997 hyundai tiburon jurks

so my hyundai will run amazing but at random the car wil jurk forward and bounce like this
and i will loss all power what i mean is when i hit the gas it does nothing the odd thing is if
i put it in nutral it runs fine but put it back in gear it starts to jurk forward and loss power
after a while it will stop and start to run fine !!! what in the world could make this happen
iv replaced the fule fillter and the spark plugs are fine

If it does this randomly,may need to have the intake cleaned,and maybe run some gas treatment in it.
