About: 2000 Ford Focus LX

my 2000 focus will not idel right. . it is a line that is coming out of the top of the block going down into the header. it looks to be a vacum line but not sure. can anyone help me?

Sounds like it's the EGR tube. Need to get this fixed.

sounds like throttle position sensor or the throttle bdy carbed up
