Somebody tried to steal the car, no damage on the ignition switch, radio was pulled off half way, no lights in the dash, outside lights ( headlights, brake lights signal lights all OK)
engine doen`t turn, transmission shifter is stuck in park.

All that dash board damage has to be addressed to get the ignition to fire. You probably could turn it in on a insurance claim and they might total it.

No insurance , car is to old , insurance comp did not want to insure the car
