Hi

I've Sierra 2500 1986 manual gear. I cannot
move the shift on any number when the
engine start. how can I know what is the
problem.

You already now - it is the clutch mechanism. Probably the hydraulic valves but could also be the clutch plate. Have you looked at the fluid level in the reservoir?
