what will be the limit milage or kilometer to change the TIMING BELT?

you should really change it around 60k-75k miles... while your at it have the water pump changed as well, everything is easily accessible...just don't let it go too long because if the belt snaps, it could mean massive engine repair later.

For a 1997 Accord, you want to change it every 90,000 miles. That is what Honda reccomends.
