Question type: Maintenance & Repair

It appears that it won't turn over. Battery is good as all the lights and displays are on. Including the check engine light. Earlier during a tune-up approx. 10K miles earlier, mechanic during service mentioned that starter/solenoid may need replacing. Does forum agree with this? I do keep up this vehicle and its periodic maintenance. Thank you.

Adam, Will be getting a new starter fro CarPartsWholesale.com in a day or so. Just replaced a starter off my '97 Toyota Camry and it was fairly simple. Should be same on the Accord. Thanks for the reply. -- Joe.
