My 2000 honda accord ex 4cyl does not start my starter is good and I have battery power it doesn't have spark to start so why doesn't it start?

No spark from the cap to plugs, check for power at ignition coil, if power is good then check for a coil trigger signal on the coil negative wire, if you have a trigger signal and no spark then coil is bad, if there is no trigger signal then either the pickup coil or module is bad, if that is the case then you might try pricing out a re manufactured distributor as it will be cheaper than just replacing the defective components.
