can i use a honda accord battery in a honda civic car

Judge Bob, the Civic uses the Group 51 battery, Accord V6 uses Group 24, 4 cyl 35 in the same model year of 2001. So Krystal, you might be able to swap in another battery to get it going, but I'd stick with the recommended size required.
