Somewhere in the engine compartment, there is a sticker with the engine specifications. The spark plug gap should be included. If it isn't there here are the spark plug gaps, not sure what motor you have. 4.3L V6 = .045" Gap, 5.7L V8 = .035" Gap.

My Haynes manual and various places I've seen online say the gap is .045 inches. On the other hand, NAPA online, some other places, and the engine sticker say it's .060 inches. This makes me 99% sure ...
