1995 gmc sub k1500 need eng cyl nmbers and and approx location #1 on dist ..help?

replaced all wires plugs rotor cap fuel filter ..was loosing power under load /stalling at stop lite /hard to crank over .did run ok when cold but was hard to crank over/also need eng cyl #s and distributer rotation/approx position of #1 on distibuter..help?

When the engine is top dead center on number 1 cylinder it should match the number 1 point on the distributor
