CAN NOT REMOVE OIL CAP

i went to add oil to my jimmy but when i went to open cap it would not budge.do not want
to turn to much and take the chance of cracking the neck.any ideals what to do so i can
add oil.

It turns about 5-10 degrees then you pull it up. It won't twist all the way off. U gotta pull it out
