my Ford 2002 zx2 will not start the last time I drove it the RPM went up could it be my fuel or my fuel pump.how do I take the fuel pump out and tried to pull but it's not budging

TPS the throttle will be open and the pedal be up and the vehicle will not start for a safety precaution
