i have a 95 t/a automatic trans. and it wont shift after it warms up any help would be helpfull thanks.

i replaced opti-spark distributor and then this problem started. it wont shift after it warms
up it relay strange any help would be grate thank you

but it shifts fine when cold only after a couple of miles it wont shift . it down shifts then wont shift up . before i changed the distributor it shifted perfect, could it have something to do with computer? or not getting a signal to shift?
