Is the 5 speed 4x4 manual transmission for 96/97/98 suzuki side kick and geo tracker the same? Will they inter-change?

I have located a low mileage transmission for a 96/98 Suzuki Side kick That I would like to install in my 1996 Geo tracker. Will it inter-change?

bell housings are a little different but i think you can change them i put a 96 geo in my 96 suzuki and it works fine only had 4 bolts in bell housing that linedd up but suzuki bell housing was cracked have put 30,00 miles on it this way

Thanks for the info. I decide to repair my tranny. Replacing the input shaft Bearings and syncros.
