Not sure if you are looking for miles per gallon or top speed so I will give you both.
The 575 series cars (which includes the Superamerica) were rated at 9 m.p.g city, and 16 m.p.g. highway.
Top speed was 199 m.p.h.
Each type of Ferrari will be different, and how the car is driven can make it either better or worse than those numbers.
