351w engine

Sir will a 1979 351w block work in my 1988 ford f150 truck with a 351w efi engine.my brother
will give me a compleatly rebuilt 1979 351w long block but i dont know if it will work in my
truck.thank you for any help.

Look at the intake manifold to see if would bolt on from the 88', your truck is set up with the EFI system, that would have to stay to run on the 79'.

If the 88 has air injection ports in the exhaust manifolds you will need those and the air pump as well.
