i have a 1987 chevy cavalier started with a drag twice in a row then the third time, it turned over and died. got lights and everything no sound when turning it over. replaced battery starters good...
there was a short drag when i went to start my car last night when i bought it, and the
first two times i started it this morning. Well, the third time, not long after the second
time it started to crank over then died. first thought was the battery. first time i tried to
jump it it started to turn over and stopped. and then several times after that hooked up
to jumper cables and all that it would give me dummy lights and the headlights would
turn on and everything, but when i would go to crank it nothing at all. no sound, no
clicking noise nothing. tested the starter and starter sylenoid and it was good so after i
put it back on i tried to start it and it tried to crank and died again. so tested the battery
it was bad and i replaced it with a brand new battery. tried to start it and nothing no
sound or clicking noise, only the headlights and dummy lights again. what should i do
next and where is the ignition relay switch found?
