Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a vacuum leak some where. I can hear it. i used brake clean and sprayed the motor as much as possible but no change in the rpm. I also have a issue with my brake lights. the parking lights work fine. i changed the brake switch and still not working. whoever owned the car before me took the fuse panel diag and lost it. I also cant find a Chiltons or a Haines manual for this car. where do I find one?
