my 1998 560 SL LRFT FRONT WINDOW NOT WORKING THERE IS POWER TO BOTH SIDE FO THE MOTOR

If there is power coming from both sides of the motor and the switch is not being used the switch is bad. There should be power going to one side and should have power to other side when the switch is used and no power when switch is released.

Thank u after ing switch and wiring I found wiring between door and post broken repaired wiring and window worked fine thank u
