Thank you , my bigger concern is that this 911 has low miles , like 20k , I've read different comments about a 911 not being driven can be more troublesome than one with 50k ? Your thoughts?

When purchasing any 911 always take it for a prepurchase inspection. 200USD investment can save you thousands in post purchase maintenance. Make sure they check for over revs, how many, how long and when it occurred in the engine's life. This is usually considered abuse and will void any remaining warranty.

Driven about 3000 miles per year - sounds like a babied garage queen. Probably needs tires, battery and maybe an oil change and new antifreeze, along with a new serpentine belt. Normal stuff. Take it to an independent Porsche specialist for an underside evaluation and test ride. If OK drive the snot out of it and enjoy one of the finest and best handling cars around.

My brother has a 2007 997S with 20k miles and it needed an engine rebuild due to cylinder linings failing. I had a 2009 997 which was fine mechanically, but the soft top often needed lubrication or it would creak. The sweet spot for Porsches seems to be to buy one that has done around 10k per year and been serviced regularly.
