change fuel pump, throttle body sensor, fuel regulator, clean throttle body, change spark plugs and coil. can anyone help me. Thank You

The only time I've seen an exhaust manifold turn cherry red, is when the choke is stuck on. Either your electronic choke is stuck closed, or your cat is plugged solid. Pull a couple of plugs and see if they are black.
