86 toyota won't start

So if I hot start my starter my truck will turn on. It still has no lights and once I shut off the truck it dies again my distributor is good no water inside head gasket is good I just replaced it 10 thousand miles ago did a complete rebuild on the engine battery is good fuses are good and I have power going all the way into my ignition switch but once it leaves the ignition switch it won't turn on anything. I just bought a new ignition switch yesterday and it didn't fix my problem

I was thinking that it would have to be a ground somewhere or a relay but I checked every ground that I could find underneath the cab clean them replace the ends reconnected them and I check the relays to see if the electromagnet was working and they were
